BUFFALO, N.Y. — Ecology and Environment, Inc., reported revenues for the third quarter of fiscal year 2010 of $33.3 million, down 12 percent from the $38.0 million reported in the third quarter of fiscal year 2009.

Officials cite unsafe sleep environment in death of 5-month-old

A 5-month-old boy died Thursday while sleeping on a couch in his Milwaukee home, the third infant to die while in an unsafe sleep environment in Milwaukee County in less than a week, according to a report released Friday by the county medical examiner’s office.
