DOHA: Thousands of students, teachers and officials from various expatriate schools in Qatar, a large number of diplomatic personnel from the various embassies here, officials from the Ministry of Environment, Friends of Environment Centre and Gulf Helicopters, and environmentalists gathered at the MES Indian School to witness the extravagant opening of Qatar Environment Day, yesterday.
